Work

I’ve spent more than a decade building software that had to survive contact with production: public services, enterprise workflows, unreliable networks, mobile stores, and the daily operation of small products.

This is the longer public record. Each entry states whether I owned the work, worked on it for a client, held the role through employment, or built public infrastructure.

Current products live at Thinking Systems. Client product engineering lives at Prodmake.

Current work

Thinking Systems

Founder / owner

I build, own, and license a portfolio of operating software, personal tools, creative applications, and games.

Prodmake

Founder / product engineer · 2023–present

I work with clients from product definition through implementation, deployment, and operation. SilentCTO was the earlier consulting identity that led to Prodmake.

Owned products

The first two groups belong to Thinking Systems. Pilot and frozen work is labeled explicitly.

Tools and operating software

OdinBoard

Owned · Pilot

A business operating system for assets, company structure, responsibilities, documents, and finance.

Perko

Owned · Pilot

Venue operations software that brings schedules, actual attendance, exceptions, and payroll-ready hours into one operating record. It is licensed to operating partners and is currently running a pilot at Solid Coffee in Almaty.

Focus Pattern

Owned · Live

A visual breathing and focus tool built around generative sessions, adaptive sound, and short deliberate resets.

BorderlessKit

Owned · Live

A practical reference for founders making connected decisions about companies, banking, residency, and operating across borders.

Creative tools and games

Other owned work

Motion, please.

Owned · Validation

An on-demand motion-design service for turning products, systems, data, and ideas into clear, art-directed video.

CreditCardKit

Owned · Pilot recruitment

A consumer product for tracking changes, fees, benefits, and upcoming actions across the credit cards someone already carries.

City Flow

Owned · Frozen development

A mobile traffic-light arcade puzzle about keeping a city moving and preventing queues from becoming gridlock.

Xevol, earlier product

Owned · 2021–2022 · Historical

An offline-first publishing and collaboration product across web, desktop, and mobile. It is distinct from today’s Xevol, although some technical work was later abstracted into the current system.

Client and employment systems

Locations describe the company or operating context, not necessarily where I was working from.

AuditBoard

Employment / contract · 2022–2023 · Los Angeles, US

Built SOXHUB audit and compliance workflows across an Ember.js frontend and supporting Node.js services, including data consistency, state synchronization, update races, and regression coverage.

Company context: Hg agreed to acquire AuditBoard in 2024 in a transaction valued at more than $3 billion.

Lane Technologies

Employment · 2019–2020 · Toronto, Canada

Worked across web and mobile tenant-experience products and built CI/CD and release pipelines for 12 applications. Lane’s engineering director later said the infrastructure became a key asset during acquisition due diligence.

Company context: VTS acquired Lane for approximately $200 million in 2021.

Scoutbase / Workerline

Client · Fractional CTO · 2018–2025 · Copenhagen, Denmark

Owned the worker application, administration and analytics surfaces, real-time API, offline synchronization, and ongoing production operation. The system supported 4,000+ maritime workers across dozens of vessels at organizations including Shell and DFDS.

Site Technologies

Client · 2018 · Chicago, US

Built GIS and drone-imagery software for drawing and measuring property areas, assessing roofs, and planning maintenance. The work included a migration from MongoDB and REST toward PostgreSQL and GraphQL and was used by companies including McDonald’s.

Clusio

Client · 2016–2017 · Akron, US

Built clinical competency and document-management software for hospital workers in Ohio, taking requirements to a production-ready MVP in roughly three months and supplying the API for native mobile applications.

GoGoPop

Client · 2015–2016 · Akron, US

Built a real-time messaging API with Kafka, MongoDB, and Feathers, keeping the interface stable through three product pivots while coordinating with native mobile developers.

Additional Kazakhstan systems

Employment / client · 2013–2015 · Kazakhstan

Built frontend products for telecommunications and education organizations including Beeline, Kcell/activ, and Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools.

Public infrastructure

At the beginning of my career, I worked on Kazakhstan’s e-government personal account, edu.kz, and internal tools for the Supreme Court.

Kazakhstan e-government personal account

Public infrastructure · Lead frontend · 2013–2015 · Kazakhstan

Designed the MVP interface and led frontend delivery for my.egov.kz, the personal account for Kazakhstan’s national e-government portal. I was the sole lead frontend developer; roughly 90% of the interface design remains in production today. The wider eGov ecosystem reported more than 14.8 million registered users in 2025.

edu.kz / National e-Learning program

Public infrastructure · Kazakhstan

Built browser delivery for more than 14,000 educational resources across 1,159 schools and colleges, including an electronic class register.

Kazakhstan Supreme Court internal tools

Public infrastructure · Kazakhstan

Built internal frontend tools for a national case and document-management system used by judges, paralegals, and court workers.

Systems and operations

The work above spans several recurring classes of problem.

End-to-end product delivery

Product definition, interaction design, frontend and backend implementation, administration, release, support, and iteration after real use begins.

Offline and local-first software

Queued synchronization, interrupted networks, vessel environments, IndexedDB, CRDTs, and products that remain useful without a reliable connection.

Web, mobile, and desktop delivery

Responsive web products, native-store distribution, cross-platform mobile applications, desktop packaging, and the release machinery behind them.

Real-time and distributed systems

Messaging, streaming interactions, event-driven APIs, WebSockets, synchronization, and operational state shared across clients and services.

GIS and location systems

Maps, polygon editing, drone orthomosaics, spatial measurement, background location capture, travel records, and country-day reporting.

Infrastructure and production operation

CI/CD, mobile release automation, deployment systems, observability, self-hosted services, incident repair, and long-running production ownership.

Enterprise and regulated workflows

Audit and compliance, healthcare competency, government documents, public education, property maintenance, and maritime safety.

AI and agent systems

Conversational surveys, structured outputs, speech workflows, reading assistance, reusable tools, and human-approved agent operations.

Creative interaction and games

Generative visuals, animation, drawing and export, puzzle generation and verification, progression, haptics, localization, and mobile monetization.
