Website analytics

kuan.sh uses a self-hosted Rybbit instance to understand page visits, campaign parameters, errors, and clicks to other websites. Analytics requests are sent through a.kuan.sh to infrastructure I operate.

Rybbit does not set analytics cookies on this site. It may process the page and referrer, browser and device details, approximate location, and a rotating anonymous identifier derived from the IP address and user agent. Raw IP addresses are not retained in the site’s analytics settings.

Session replay is disabled. Automatic recording of form interactions, copied text, and button clicks is also disabled. Analytics events are retained for up to 12 months.

Email newsletter

If you subscribe, your email address is sent to api.kuan.sh and stored for the purpose of sending occasional notes. It remains there until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it.

Your email address and form contents are not sent to Rybbit. A successful subscription records only an anonymous event indicating whether the address was new or already subscribed.

Your choices

You can block the analytics script with your browser or content blocker without affecting the site. To request access, correction, or deletion of newsletter information, email [email protected].
