Definitions Antifragility

Antifragility

Antifragility is a quality in which a system, organization or person gains strength, capacity or resilience as a result of stresses, shocks, instability or challenges. Unlike resilience, which involves simply withstanding stress, antifragile systems thrive and improve when exposed to adversity. The concept was popularized by Nassim Nicholas Taleb in his book Antifragility, and is often applied in economics, biology, and organizational behavior.
